Priority Mac Support

As a freelancer or small business, your productivity impacts your bottom line.

We offer a Priority Support package – a ‘virtual support department’ for your Apple devices.

The highlights:

  • Priority Support
  • Simple pricing
  • No minimum term contract
  • No hidden extras
  • No waiting for appointments

On your covered hardware, you get:

  • Unlimited email support
  • Unlimited remote support by VPN
  • Unlimited telephone support
  • Access to our dedicated web helpdesk
  • Free advice for your iPads and iPhones
  • Priority response over all other enquiries

Initial response times are usually within the hour. Official support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00. We will do our best to respond outside of these hours in an emergency.

We carry out an initial site visit (charged at our standard hourly rate of £55) to assess and list your current hardware, and if necessary to set up a VPN (Virtual Private Network), so that we can remotely administer and troubleshoot from that point onwards. When you have a problem, we just ask you to enable remote support on your Mac(s) for that occasion.

Per month, we charge:

  • £25 per Mac running OS X
  • £50 per Mac running OS X Server

That’s it! You decide which hardware you need us to cover. There are no hidden costs. If we need to visit to assess or repair hardware, we charge our standard hourly rate of £55 (plus any hardware costs, such as replacement hard drives).

Our coverage area is primarily Brighton & Hove. Just drop us a line to arrange a visit and get your equipment covered.

T&Cs:

Contract fees are collected monthly, in advance, by Direct Debit; there is no minimum contract period – it’s a rolling one month subscription; the cancellation period is one month; ‘unlimited’ support is subject to fair use – “fair use” should be read in accordance with its meaning in everyday conversation; if your current broadband router does not support VPNs, we can supply one which does, for an additional fee; support for proprietary software is offered on a “best endeavour” basis – we will do our best to support it, but it may not always be possible, especially if it’s obsolete or incompatible. The information, services and prices on this page are correct to the best of our knowledge at this time, however, they do not form part of a contract; if you engage us, that relationship will be subject to a written contract, the terms of which will be decisive.
